Overview
About the role: This role leads requirements analysis across RACGP's digital platforms, defining user journeys, workflows and technical needs. Working with product, UX, content, developers and vendors, it bridges business and technical teams, supporting agile delivery and reporting to the Manager, Technical Business Analysis. As our Technical Business Analyst, you'll also:
Responsibilities
* Develop detailed artefacts such as user journeys, wireframes, workflows, content models and data-flow documentation to guide digital platform delivery
* Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, content specialists, developers and vendors to refine and validate functional and technical requirements
* Support agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, clarifications for development/testing teams, and coordination of UAT
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of technical BA standards, practices and digital delivery processes
Qualifications
* Strong digital BA experience across web/CMS platforms
* Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder skills
* Skilled in agile delivery tools and practices
* Able to turn complex tech needs into simple requirements
