This role offers a unique chance to drive the development of a cutting-edge, Microsoft-based Enterprise Data Platform that will shape future data management capabilities.
* Drive the delivery of a modern Enterprise Data Platform using Microsoft Fabric.
* Oversee the full project lifecycle-scoping, governance, timelines, and delivery.
* Guide the uplift of data governance, lifecycle management, data literacy, and tooling.
* Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive performance.
* Maintain project artefacts, reporting, risk and issue logs, and handover documentation.
* Champion best practices in change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
* 5+ years of experience delivering complex data management or digital transformation projects.
* Proven leadership across data platforms, business intelligence, and governance initiatives.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric, data architecture, and lifecycle principles.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management experience working with executives, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
* High emotional intelligence and team leadership skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
* Familiarity with data warehouse modernisation, data literacy uplift, and data analytics platforms.
