The Role
Supporting a senior executive with a broad portfolio and fast-paced schedule, this role will suit a proactive and adaptable EA who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of executive operations, delivering high-level administrative assistance to support team operations, while building strong relationships across the wider business.
Key responsibilities include
* Managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling requirements.
* Preparing presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and supporting documentation.
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinating events, projects, and executive communications.
* Providing high-level administrative and operational support.
* Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Anticipating priorities and proactively supporting executive workflow and efficiency.
* Assisting with office coordination, expense processing, and broader team administration where required.
About You
To thrive in this position you will be a positive, friendly, outgoing, and down to earth EA with excellent communication skills. Someone who is confident, professional, resilient, and proactive who demonstrates ownership and initiative.
The ideal background and skillset required are:
* 5 years' experience supporting Leadership Teams/Executives/C-Suite.
* The confidence and emotional maturity needed to work at a senior level.
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask, while ensuring a high quality of work.
* High level of attention to detail and preplanning and proactiveness.
* Able to work autonomously and make independent decisions whilst working collaboratively with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
* You will have a high standard of ethics and maintaining confidentiality.
