Job Description
In this casual hospital receptionist role, based at Epworth Camberwell, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the hospital, meeting and greeting patients, ensuring upkeep of patient files, coordinating with our doctors and staff, and back‐of‐office administration processes. You will be working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team reporting to the Administration Team Leader.
Responsibilities
* Assisting patients, visitors, staff and medical specialists with enquiries
* Providing excellent customer service when working in the main reception
* Completing other activities in support of the administration department, as required
Qualifications
* Energetic customer service orientated business officer who takes pride and ownership in their work
* Professionalism, ability to embrace flexibility and work in a changing environment
* Previous demonstrated experience in a similar administration role
* Excellent communication and computer skills
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise
* Ability to meet timelines whilst maintaining customer service in a fast‐paced and demanding environment
* Healthcare experience (desirable)
