About the Roles
We are looking for organised, professional and motivated individuals to join our Real Estate & Property Administrator Temp Team! You will have the chance to work within some of Adelaide’s top property and real estate businesses, stepping into essential admin and front-of-house roles that keep offices running smoothly. Whether you’re after short-term assignments or longer placements, we’ll match you with roles that suit your skills, interests and lifestyle.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Greet clients and manage reception or front desk operations
* Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism
* Support sales and property management teams with administration tasks
* Assist with data entry, document preparation and filing
Skills & Experience
To be successful we require you to have:
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a real estate, property or building office
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally Property Me or Property Tree
* A friendly, adaptable attitude and the confidence to hit the ground running
