Overview
Gallagher Bassett (GB) is Australia and New Zealand's premier third-party claims administrator.
We manage claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured organisations.

How You'll Make An Impact
Coach and provide specialist support advice to claims teams around a range of technical matters.
Undertake human reviews and audits of claims, providing recommendations for ongoing management, determination and strategy.
Collaborate with broader business units, including Claims, Injury Management/Return to Work, and Mental Health support functions.
Participate in key business projects.
About You
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, or significant experience in workers' compensation claims management.
Knowledge of general business and administrative practices and managing cost-effective business activities.
Experience managing performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional time-management and organisational skills.
A strategic mindset and approach to work.
A strong sense of team and collaboration.
A resilient attitude.
