We are seeking experienced Desktop Engineers to join a major Windows 11 upgrade project in Perth, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user device technical support and customer-oriented service experience.
* Maintain the technical hub for walk-up requests.
* Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and tablets running Windows OS (10 and 11).
* Work within Azure AD and troubleshoot common enterprise applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, etc.).
* Troubleshoot peripherals (printers, POS terminals, barcode scanners, etc.).
Qualifications include a minimum of two years' experience with troubleshooting end-user issues in a corporate environment, ITIL v3 certification, and/or relevant technical qualifications. There is also scope for full-time employment. A competitive rate is offered, relevant to experience.
