The Position
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our People and Culture Initiatives team. This opportunity will suit an experienced BA who enjoys engaging stakeholders to drive improvements, particularly when delivering system-led transformation.
You will play a key role in mapping and redesigning processes throughout the employee lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive commercial outcomes. You will apply your system knowledge to provide advice regarding platform solutions, whilst operating within the constraints of a secure environment.
The successful Business Analyst will have demonstrated experience and application of process redesign in complex environments and enjoy tailoring solutions to stakeholder groups. You also partner with internal stakeholders to drive the delivery and ongoing assurance of people data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the organisation, facilitating effective communication and collaboration that supports meaningful outcomes.
• Lead the documentation of business processes within the People and Culture department, to support the delivery of projects and BAU work.
• Provide advice regarding current and proposed system capabilities.
• Apply best practice methodology when analysing business processes to optimise the user experience through data analysis, research and design thinking methodology.
• Oversee the integration of HR data from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance critical employee interactions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Support the delivery of projects aimed at enhancing People and Culture processes, ensuring timely and successful delivery, escalating where appropriate.
• Mentor and guide other members of the People and Culture department to ensure that initiatives are considering user experience.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organisation up to Senior Leadership.
• Proven ability to map, analyse and redesign business processes to drive efficiency, ensure scalability and adaptability while enhancing the user experience.
• Capacity to thrive in a security led, transforming environment, demonstrating resilience, flexibility and commercial acumen.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with limited direction, seeking clarification when required, and effectively managing competing deadlines.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources or CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, IIBA or UX certifications while not mandatory, are highly regarded.
