Due to expansion, we are excited to be seeking a professional Career Development Manager to join our established, community-driven organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide positive leadership and manage for excellence within the Career Development teams
· Foster strong relationships with funding partners and stakeholders
· Oversee program delivery, ensuring contractual compliance and quality standards are met
· Drive continuous improvement and business development opportunities
· Monitor program performance against financial, participant outcomes and other KPI targets
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 3 years' experience in a management-level role with program delivery expertise
· Strong leadership and coaching skills
· Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
· Flexibility to travel across the Central and Far West/Orana region
· Current Class C Driver's Licence
· Current Paid Working With Children Check
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
· Tertiary qualifications in Business Management and/or Social Services
· Experience in career development, training, youth work, or employment programs
· Experience in management of funding contracts
