The role
We are currently looking for a permanent full‐time Asphalt Supervisor to join our team based in Gillman, SA. Experience in the Roads Industry, particularly with asphalt, will be highly regarded. If you are already a leading hand / foreperson this role may be for you!
What you'll bring
- Exposure in civil road construction, road maintenance and surfacing industry
- Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
- Proven experience in identifying opportunities, improvements and solutions which will impact the business
- Recognised ability to lead & drive accountability throughout the workforce
- Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
- Good understanding of the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road Industry
- Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Zero Harm when engaging with operational teams
