* You have a genuine passion for the food industry, ensuring quality, maintaining high standards, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly
* Understanding of HACCP and Work, Health and Safety legislation. Must have a minimum Food Handlers Basics Certificate; ideally, you will have completed Food Safety Supervisor training in the past 12 months
* Passion for team development and mentoring your team
* Well-rounded experience in creating food for lunch, dinner, and functions
