They are now seeking a Showroom & Retail Sales Consultant
to join their friendly Mornington team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a showroom environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and has a keen eye for interior style and design.

Store hours:
Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 9am–4pm (Saturday shifts required)

About the role
Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through product options
Provide high-quality customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email
Take bookings for in-home consultations
Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate quotes
Convert enquiries into sales through strong product knowledge and follow-up
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting showroom environment
Support general store operations as needed
About you
Experience in floor coverings, blinds, tiles, or a similar retail / showroom industry is highly desirable
Strong sales background with a passion for customer service
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Positive, proactive and confident engaging with customers
Current driver's licence (required for site visits)
Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
