Job Opportunity: Construction Supervisor
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our team in delivering insurance jobs across Adelaide.
* Supervise a team of construction professionals to ensure successful project completion.
* Manage budgets and forecast monthly revenue to meet client expectations.
* Ensure adherence to WHS regulations and quality assurance standards.
* Ongoing procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers is also key to this role.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Develop and implement project plans to achieve desired outcomes.
* Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any potential issues or risks.
* Ensure all relevant permits and approvals are obtained before commencing work.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety concerns.
* Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain a positive reputation.
Requirements:
* Trade qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on construction sites.
* Strong knowledge of NCC and Waterproofing regulations.
* AS3740 compliance experience highly desirable.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery and strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with project management software.
