With a reputation for excellence and a high-performing team culture, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Strata Manager ready to work across some of the city's most significant and high-end developments.
About the Role
Working from brand new deisgner offices in the Inner City, you'll manage a premium portfolio of properties in the Sydney Metro area and oversee a range of prestige strata schemes and large-scale BMCs.
Your key responsibilities
* Building strong, professional relationships with Owners Corporations and committees
* Managing a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed-use, and BMC schemes
* Coordinating meetings, including setting dates, preparing agendas and minutes, and facilitating AGMs and committee meetings
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and by-laws
* Overseeing maintenance and capital works for common areas
* Handling all client correspondence and portfolio administration with efficiency and attention to detail
* You'll be part of a collaborative, well-supported team that values professionalism, service excellence, and career growth.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in strata management (experience with prestige portfolios or BMCs highly regarded)
* A current Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence
* A thorough understanding of NSW strata and development legislation
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach to portfolio management
* Proficiency with strata software (SMATA and Strata Master preferred but not essential)
* Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
