What You'll Be Doing
* Leading quality improvement and compliance systems across the organisation
* Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards e.g., Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice
* Preparing for audits and accreditations—coaching teams, not just correcting them
* Managing, monitoring and improving compliance in contract management and workforce/recruitment practices, aligned with new aged care reforms
* Analysing data and reporting to the CEO and the board
* Working together with operational teams to solve problems and build relationships

We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has experience in quality, risk, compliance, or clinical governance
* Understands the compliance challenges in workforce, contracts, and aged care regulation
* Thinks strategically but isn't afraid to get hands-on
* Is a strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
* Loves creating order from chaos and making things better every day
* Experience in aged care, community health, or disability services
* Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Experience in implementing quality systems or digital tools
