The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, handling queries, and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner. You will work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delight customers through excellent service and product knowledge.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockrooms and back-of-house areas.
* Support the sales floor team in maintaining visual merchandising standards and product displays.
* Assist customers with online shopping experiences, including click-and-collect and home delivery services.
