IT Alliance Australia is expanding, and we are looking for high-performing part-time recruiters to join our growing team in Canberra.

Role: Part-Time ICT Recruiter
Location: Canberra (Onsite/Hybrid)
Commitment: 2–3 days per week
What You'll Be Doing
* End-to-end recruitment for ICT roles (contract & permanent)
* Sourcing high-quality candidates across federal government and private sector
* Screening, shortlisting, and managing candidate pipelines
* Engaging with active and passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
* Coordinating submissions and maintaining high submission quality standards
* Working closely with leadership on priority roles and delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in ICT recruitment in Australia (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of Federal Government hiring / panels (highly desirable)
* Ability to deliver quality candidates quickly (24–48 hr turnaround mindset)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Self-driven, reliable, and outcome-focused
