Operations Support Officer - Rostering/Scheduling

Are you a master of rostering and schedules, a champion of administration, and passionate about supporting frontline teams to deliver exceptional care? We're looking for people to join our dynamic team and help us ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
As our Operations Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing staff schedules across our home care services. You'll work closely with service managers and support workers to ensure optimal coverage, compliance with award conditions, and continuity of care for our clients. You will also support your care team with exceptional administrative support.
You'll also make an impact by:
- Developing and maintaining accurate staff rosters using our scheduling systems.
- Responding to changes in availability, leave, and service needs in real-time.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure staffing aligns with client requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on roster efficiency, gaps, and trends.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Completion of (or working towards) a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence using cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of rostering or scheduling software.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Experience in the aged care sector.
- Knowledge of legislative and quality requirements for aged care.
- A qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
