About the position:
As an HR Driver, you'll play an important role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight throughout the Whyalla region and surrounding areas. You'll be supported by a professional operations team and work with a modern, well-maintained fleet.
What will you be doing:
* Sorting freight into its correct delivery runs
* Carry out local and regional deliveries and pickups
* Conduct pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
* Secure and handle freight safely and efficiently
* Interacting with our customers during deliveries and pickups, whilst maintaining a professional customer service standard
* RF scanning
About you:
* Current HR license or greater
* HR experience
* Preferred Forklift License with experience
* Excellent driver with excellent driving records.
* Physically fit and passionate about what they do
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Competency with use of modern equipment (Touch screens/scanners)
* Able to work in a fast paced, customer focused team environment.
* Experienced in the transport industry, adaptable and reliable.
