This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a facilities operations manager. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the centre's infrastructure, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and meets compliance standards.

As a key member of our asset team, you will play a crucial role in planning ahead, creating long-term asset strategies, driving sustainability initiatives, and finding smarter ways to keep things running.

* Lead key facilities initiatives that support our strategy to operate as a safe, sustainable, and responsible business.
","
* Deliver high-quality day-to-day facilities services that meet the needs of the Centre team and enhance the customer experience.
","
* Use data insights to identify opportunities to improve the asset's operational and environmental performance.
","
* Coach and support the facilities team to perform at their best, building a culture of ownership, safety, and service excellence.
","
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset life cycle plan, clearly outlining facilities priorities and capital needs.
","
* Build strong relationships with contractors and partners to ensure services are delivered to a high standard and in line with expectations.
","
* Take the lead in responding to emergencies or incidents in the centre, ensuring accurate reporting and timely escalation in line with our processes.

* Oversee all maintenance, repair, and capital works projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that support the long-term performance of the centre.

Requirements:
","
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant experience in retail, hospitality, property, facilities management, or other customer service environment.
","
You will also need diploma or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Trade, Building Services or Facilities Management.
","
Commercial expertise to manage financials and provide recommendations on operating and capital costs.
