The Role
The Site Foreman is the face of Geyer Valmont onsite, taking ownership of the successful running of the site and delivery. They manage a team of subcontractors to deliver fit outs in a manner that represents our brand, ensuring sites are run efficiently, clearly and safely.
Responsibilities Will Include
Coordinate sub-contractors to delivery works promised, in line with client and brand expectations.
Conduct site inductions, inspections, toolbox talks etc.
Manage effective use of resources.
Monitor and report on variations.
Manage timelines and defects.
Attend meetings and prepare documentation as required.
Conduct Inductions and SWMS.
Who We Are Looking For
Saturday availability may be required from time to time.
This role will suit someone with experience in commercial site fit outs (3+ years experience as a site foreman, leading hand or similar).
Must be a qualified carpenter, builder or similar.
Strong understanding of building codes and quality standards.
Exceptional project management skills.
Someone who takes pride in their work and relationship management.
