ERP Process Analyst

Your Role
The Process Analyst will support ERP (eg SAP, Oracle, D365) transformation initiatives during Phase0 discovery and business process optimisation. Working alongside functional SMEs (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales), this role focuses on business process mapping, workshop preparation, and detailed documentation to enable ERP-enabled transformation. The Process Analyst will own discrete work packages, contribute to process harmonisation, and leverage Signavio and other tools to model future-state processes aligned with industry best practice.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Business Process Mapping & Analysis: Ability to capture current-state processes and design optimised future-state flows.
* ERP Awareness: Understanding of ERP functional domains (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales) and their impact on business processes.
* Analytical & Documentation Skills: Strong capability in creating clear process maps, gap analyses, and workshop outputs.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with SMEs and stakeholders; prepare structured content for workshops.
* Ownership & Delivery: Ability to manage individual tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Your Profile
* 3–5 years experience in business analysis or functional consulting within ERP or process improvement projects.
* Proficiency in business process modelling tools (Signavio preferred).
* Strong documentation and workshop facilitation support skills.
* Familiarity with ERP concepts .
* Preferred industry exposure in Consumer/Retail, Public Sector, or Manufacturing.
