About the Role :
You will be the face of our client, responsible for providing high-quality technical support across a range of equipment—from basic setups to complex, fully automated systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Installation & Commissioning: Successfully setting up new packaging machinery at client sites.
- Reactive Maintenance: Rapidly diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- Proactive Service: Performing scheduled preventative maintenance, modifications, and upgrades to optimise machine performance.
- Client Support: Delivering professional, high-quality service while working autonomously across the Sydney region.
Full training on their specific equipment will be provided to ensure your success.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a commitment to quality service.
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised Mechanical and/or Electrical Trade Qualification (or equivalent experience).
- A current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Status (and full working rights).
- A proven ability to work independently and manage your own service schedule.
Highly Desirable (A Bonus):
- Experience working specifically with packaging, processing, or related industrial automation equipment.
- Holding a Disconnect/Reconnect Electrical Workers Licence.
