**Our Opportunity**
To support our ongoing growth, NEPEAN Conveyors are searching for an experienced WHSQ Manager/Coordinator to join the team. The position is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Unanderra, NSW with regular travel to other sites.
Daily duties will include however are not limited to;
- Develop, improve, document, coordinate and direct the company's quality management system ensuring ongoing ISO9001:2015 accreditation.
- Keep senior management abreast of significant developments identified during quality control activities.
- Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications, and reliability.
- Maintain Business Management Systems in line with our procedures.
- Ensuring all registers are updated and legally compliant.
- Monthly statistical reporting on QA and WHS
- Coordinate and assist in the running of monthly consultative meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure appropriate calibration of company tools and equipment.
- Manage NCR's and corrective actions and recommend continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure implementation and performance management of all sections against quality procedures and, through the completion of quality audits.
- Assist in delivery of all employee and subcontractor inductions and relevant record keeping.
- Conduct and assist in incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Return to Work Coordinator duties and claims processing.
- Responsible for the review and updating of the Document Management System

**The Right Person**
- Graduate Certificate in Quality Assurance preferred, Certificate IV in Quality Management and Assurance is required as a minimum, as well as 6 years of relevant quality management experience.
- Diploma of Work Health and Safety preferred, minimum Certificate IV Workplace Health and Safety with minimum of 6 years of relevant WHS management experience.
- First Aid Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in heavy manufacturing/mining environment.
- Safety Investigation experience (ICAM, Taproot etc).
- Auditor experience in WHS and QMS.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Hold current motor vehicle license
