Occupational Therapist Opportunity

As an Occupational Therapist, you will manage a caseload of customers across aged, disability, and community sectors. Your work hours can be flexible, including standard and outside business hours, to accommodate your daily and family responsibilities.
Regular supervision is crucial for your success in this role. Personal accountability for completing work on time and ensuring quality outcomes is essential.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with preferably 3+ years of overall work experience and an interest in neurological, spinal cord, aging conditions, and supporting people to achieve their occupational goals.
You will transition into this role over a short period, with a flexible start date offered.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work from home, generally traveling to clients
* Set hours weekly for customer-facing activities, with flexible timing for report writing and other tasks, provided deadlines are met
* Attend the office for supervision, training, and team events as needed
* Minimum of 21 hours per week
Requirements:
* Full registration and membership with relevant professional bodies
* Relevant work clearances
* Reliable car with full insurance and unencumbered driver's license
* Smartphone (Android 10+ or iOS 14+)
* Reliable broadband (minimum 12Mbps)
* Own professional liability and indemnity insurance or ability to obtain
* At least 3 years post-graduation work experience
* Two professional referees
* Australian citizenship (no visa support available)
Remuneration: Up to $110/hour, depending on experience.
