Job Summary:
As a Workforce Liaison Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging job seekers in our Transition to Work program. Key responsibilities include developing labour market insights, building relationships with employers, and collaborating with community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sound labour market understanding
* Engage employers to identify meaningful employment opportunities
* Conduct reverse marketing campaigns to highlight participants' skills
* Educate employers on the benefits of employing Transition to Work participants
* Maintain accurate records of all vacancy management within our database
This is a permanent full-time position that requires willingness to travel throughout Fremantle, Cockburn, and Kwinana. Successful applicants should possess strong network development skills, business acumen, and local labour market knowledge.
