**The Role**
Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer, you will work across a large people team to support the organisation to reach ambitious strategic goals. You will support across strategy, workforce planning, talent and performance management and leadership development. You will be responsible for interpreting the organisations strategic goals and communicating these to the operational team to push them forward. You will lead a high performing team and create an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to develop their skills and expertise further. This role also involves advising senior managers on people related issues and acting as an advocate for employees when necessary.
**The Criteria**
To be successful in this role you will be a confident HR leader with previous experience working in a large, matrix organisation. Your skillset will be generalist, with expertise across strategy, workforce planning, talent and performance management and leadership development. You will have led change projects and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong employment law knowledge is an essential aspect of this role.
