About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Advisor role operates within the HR department and greater corporate services team supporting onsite business operations.
Perth based role working Mon – Friday with occasional Pilbara based site travel, as required.
Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for providing HR generalist support and advice including:
* Supporting the HR Manager on project improvement initiatives and implementation.
* Assisting with other HR employee life cycle processes that include:
* Recruitment and pre-employment
* Policy and procedure management
* Remuneration benefits and rewards
* Employee offboarding and outplacement
* HR reporting
* General HR administrative duties as required
*About You*
* HR degree or diploma qualification required
* Solid HR generalist experience
* Ability to carry out employee relations investigations, under the guidance of HR Manager.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diplomacy
* Strong task prioritisation skillset required
* Team first approach
* Able to travel to sites and carryout HR initiatives, as needed
