Your Role at Winslow
Winslow has opportunities for experienced Civil Site Supervisors to join our team on projects located across Brisbane and surrounding areas. These are full‐time positions offering a competitive salary package, including a work vehicle, phone, and laptop/iPad, along with RDOs, annual leave and sick leave.
We're looking for supervisors who take pride in leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering safe, high‐quality civil works. With a strong pipeline of urban development and infrastructure projects across South East Queensland, this role offers stability, variety, and the chance to be part of a growing civil contractor.
We're open to supervisors with strong subdivision experience, as well as those from an infrastructure or TMR background. The key is solid civil knowledge, good leadership, and the ability to run a site effectively.
Key experience includes:
* Civil construction and earthworks
* Subdivision and/or infrastructure projects
* Utilities and services coordination
* Traffic management and temporary works
* Working within TMR standards (where applicable)
Your Day‐to‐Day
* Lead site teams and deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Oversee all aspects of civil construction works from planning through to completion
* Provide hands‐on leadership to meet safety, quality, budget, productivity, and plant utilisation targets
* Prepare and maintain short‐term construction programs (two weeks look‐ahead) to keep works on track
* Monitor and report on KPI performance, driving continuous improvement on site
* Manage labour, plant, and subcontractors to ensure efficient day‐to‐day operations
* Complete daily site administration and reporting accurately and on time

* Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and standards
What We're Looking For
* Minimum five years' experience in a supervisory role within civil construction
* Demonstrated experience across subdivision and/or infrastructure projects, including utilities, civil works, traffic management and temporary works
* Ability to provide references to support previous supervisory experience
* Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
* Proven leadership, communication and people management skills
* Good time management and organisational skills
* White Card and current driver's licence
* Relevant qualifications in civil construction or project management (advantageous)
* Plant machinery tickets (advantageous)
* Ability to successfully complete a pre‐employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
