**Responsibilities**:
- Craft and serve a wide range of premium cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests' needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes while also honoring classic favorites.
- Assist in maintaining the bar area, including inventory management and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless and delightful dining experience to our guests.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously enhance your knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or upscale cocktail bar.
- Exceptional knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage service.
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service and a warm, engaging demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- An innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and create unique drink offerings.
- Available Tuesday - Saturday, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
