About the role
Due to strong organic client growth, this hands‑on role focuses on production and technical output. It is ideal for someone who enjoys compliance without the pressure of sales targets or managing staff or clients directly. You will manage your own workflow and contribute positively to team culture while working closely with a Partner in an open‑door setting.
Experience required
- 5+ years in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Experience with building and construction or QBCC clients.
- Strong technical tax and compliance knowledge, plus problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive, team‑oriented approach.
- Proficiency with Xero and XPM; Karbon experience is a plus.
