Head of Solutions Consulting, APAC | ERP SaaS | $220k base + super | $315k OTE
We're partnering with a globally recognised ERP SaaS vendor to find a Head of Solutions Consulting for their APAC business. This is a genuine leadership opportunity — presales, people, and product — for someone who can elevate a talented team and go toe-to-toe with Oracle and NetSuite at the enterprise level.
The role
You'll lead a team of Solutions Consultants across ANZ, with the scope to scale across Asia. You'll be player‑coach: owning strategic deals alongside your team, setting the technical standard, and building the credibility that wins in competitive ERP evaluations.
What's missing — and what you'll bring
The current team has deep finance and ERP domain knowledge. What they need is someone who can extend the conversation into IT — integrations, APIs, architecture, CRM connectivity. Right now, when a deal moves beyond the finance buyer, they rely on partners. You'll change that. You'll be the person who can hold the room with a CTO or IT Director, talk through API architecture and integration complexity with confidence, and close the technical gap that's costing deals.
You’ll be a fit if you have:
* A presales or solutions consulting background in ERP, finance software, or adjacent SaaS (HCM, CRM, iPaaS)
* Genuine technical chops — APIs, integrations, system architecture — not just a finance/accounting lens
* Experience leading or mentoring Solutions Consultants in a competitive, multi-stakeholder sales environment
* Comfort operating across ANZ and Asia‑Pacific, at VP/C‑suite level
