Our client is looking for dynamic, motivated and goal driven professionals to work in a fast paced contact centre at a leading University located in Caulfield.
Our client will provide you with product knowledge training. You just need to bring your excellent customer service skills and fantastic attitude to learn!
Your responsibilities:
Respond to student enquiries with an enthusiastic, helpful and engaging approach
Follow a range of administrative processes to resolve and refer enquiries accordingly
Be proactive and provide feedback to leadership team for continuous improvement
Maintain open and effective communication with students, staff and members of the public.
Your skills and experience:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Extensive experience in high volume contact centres, front-line customer service or helpdesk enquiries is highly desirable
Adaptable, solution driven and can-do attitude essential:
Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team as well as autonomously
Requirements:
You must be available to work 8:45am - 5:06pm, Monday to Friday as required:
Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one should you be successful
Available to attend an Assessment Centre in the coming weeks
Available to commence the role on 19th October
If you are successful you will be offered a 12 month temporary position to work with an excellent team of like-minded individuals. 2 weeks of full time training will be provided and you will be supported by a great management team who will help you develop your professional and personal skills.
