Care and Support Role
We are seeking Casual Youth Support Workers to join our team based in Newcastle. This role is focused on providing support to young people in care, working closely with foster families.
About the Role:
* SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE: We work directly with children and young people, providing individualized support tailored to their needs.
* Foster Family Engagement: Collaborate effectively with foster families to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
* Transportation: Provide safe transportation services for young people as needed.
* Social and Educational Support: Assist with social and educational activities designed to promote personal growth and development.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will need prior experience working directly with children or vulnerable groups. Relevant qualifications such as childcare certificates or diplomas are also highly valued by us.
