Job Description This role is responsible for translating eCommerce product strategies into clear, actionable development plans and ensuring successful delivery of website features and system integrations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Managers to understand strategic goals and translate them into well-defined technical requirements and user stories. Own and manage the product backlog: prioritise tasks based on business value, customer impact, and development effort. Define acceptance criteria, validate delivered features, and ensure they meet business requirements. Work closely with developers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver continuous improvements to the eCommerce platform. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment and momentum. Monitor feature performance post-release and support optimisation efforts based on analytics, feedback, and testing. Communicate progress, risks, and updates regularly to key stakeholders across the business. Ensure proper documentation of product functionality and system behaviour for future reference and onboarding. Qualifications Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile delivery role within an eCommerce or digital environment Solid understanding of eCommerce workflows, customer journeys, and digital merchandising principles Strong ability to write clear, concise user stories and technical requirements Experience with Agile development frameworks such as Scrum or Kanba Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly across technical and business teams Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Experience working with Shopify & Contentul platforms is a plus Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
