We help our clients with every aspect of their online advertising or website development needs. From concept through to completion, we create campaigns that help our clients achieve their business outcomes.

A bit about the job:
* Work independently with some clients on their marketing or web projects. You'll have a specialist and an experienced Account Manager alongside you to support you.
* Help manage a number of client accounts, including social media, Google Ads, SEO clients and web development projects
* High level understanding of digital marketing channels, such as SEO, Google Ads, remarketing, Social Media Marketing, including analytics, reporting and best practices (will have specialists to support and to action work, but need to be able to discuss results and recommendations with clients)
* Help identify clients' strengths and weaknesses, review business goals and identify strategies that will meet and exceed their business goals
* Ensure information and activities are kept up to date in Accelo (our project management system)
* Use Accelo to correctly track recurring client expenditures to meet budgets
* Ensure we meet client objectives and agreed KPIs
* Make sufficient and meaningful contact with clients
* Recognising opportunities for upsells or cross-sells
* Working cohesively and positively with the design, web development and IT department to meet clients' expectations and contractual obligations
* Organisation is key, and the ability to work quickly and autonomously at times, while still producing quality work
* Writing creative project briefs for the design team
* Bringing new, fresh ideas to the company. There are no bad ideas here
Ideal candidate:
* Knows digital marketing channels
* Is ready to learn more about how to use the platforms in more detail
* Is someone who asks questions
* Is extremely organised and can manage projects to budget and on time
* Preferred someone with agency, supplier or on the tools experience
* A people person who knows and wants to build and maintain relationships
* Has great verbal and written communication skills
