What You'll Do
You'll work in a hyper cross-functional squad to design, build, and ship things that moves the needle.
Discover & shape
6. Partner with PMs/Designers to deeply understand customer pains
7. Prototype and experiment to de-risk ideas early
8. Help shape what we build, not just how
Build & own
9. Develop across our core platform: C# + Azure/GCP
10. Own work from idea -> scope -> delivery -> iteration
11. Jump into API integrations, performance issues, technical investigations
Improve & learn
12. Contribute to our Product Engineering culture
13. Help refine our architecture without disappearing into "ivory tower" thinking
Requirements
About You
14. You're a product-minded engineer... you think in customer problems, not tickets or 'stories'
15. You're basically a product designer, but in code - creating elegant, simple solutions
16. You ship fast - taking a pragmatic, well-scoped, outcome-first, not perfection-first approach.
17. You enjoy communicating with customers, exec, support & sales - not just PMs & other engineers.
18. Comfortable across the stack (.NET + Angular) - owning outcomes
19. You like small squads, rapid co-discovery & co-delivery loops
20. You value clarity, first principles, and making smart trade-offs
