Executive Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer of a fast growing nursing and home care services company based in the southern Gold Coast region.
We are also open to an experienced Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator, looking for the next step in their career.
Working Monday to Friday in normal business hours, you will have a dual role, supporting the COO as well as overseeing general office operations.
Duties will include:
- Diary management, setting up schedules and meetings
- Providing full administrative support including documents, reports, spreadsheets and file management
- Checking and reconciling expense accounts and associated paperwork
- Assisting the Director on company and personal matters and ad hoc projects
- Overseeing daily office operations and associated administrative tasks
- Prior experience as an EA or PA is preferred, covering the duties outlined above
- Excellent administrative skill with experience in data entry, filing, taking and screening calls
- Experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent spelling and grammatical skills - this is a must as you will be managing correspondence on the COO's behalf
- Self-directed with strong organisational and time management skills
- A fun and team focused personality with the ability to manage relationships effectively
- A current driver's licence
