Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring the team, driving performance through strategic planning and budgeting, and building strong relationships with local growers and customers.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing working capital and stock levels to meet financial targets, championing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and representing our organization in the local community and industry events.
