About Our Client
With deep roots in Western Australia’s human-services sector, our client is a highly respected organisation supporting more than 900 staff and generating revenues approaching $100 million. As it enters an ambitious phase of expansion which includes significant property development and asset optimisation, it seeks a commercially astute, people-centric Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the Executive Leadership Team.
About This Role
Working closely with the CEO and partnering with the Board and Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will shape and execute corporate strategy, aligning finance, analytics, procurement, IT and payroll to enable sustainable growth.
Additionally, the CFO will play a pivotal role in unlocking value from property assets which will include leading capital works planning and delivery, development feasibility and M&A transactions that advance the organisation’s footprint.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a strong, pragmatic leader with a growth -oriented mindset, capable of driving outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Additionally, you will possess the following attributes:
* Membership of a professional accounting organisation (CA/CPA, or equivalent).
* Proven executive leadership experience in a similar financial leadership role.
* A record of strategic partnership with CEOs and Boards, guiding organisations through transformation and rapid growth.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial support and advice to key stakeholders.
* Excellent financial management, reporting and analysis skills with demonstrated property acumen and M&A experience.
* Sound knowledge of commercial activities and related business systems.
* A collaborative approach, energised by mentoring teams and lifting organisational capability.
