Job Title: Operations Support Assistant
The role of Operations Support Assistant is a pivotal position within our team, responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Manager and Superintendents. As an integral part of the team, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with site health, environmental, and community policies, systems, and procedures
- Organizing and managing the Manager's schedule, including arranging meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to the Manager, Superintendents, and Supervisors—this includes organizing functions, entering data for investigations, preparing meeting agendas, taking and distributing minutes, and coordinating the flow of information across the department
- Assisting with section cost reporting and budget tracking
- Managing office supplies and coordinating stationery orders for the department
Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude
- A demonstrated focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience using SAP (desirable but not essential)
