About The Role
The SAED Program Manager is responsible for delivering project milestones, building strong client relationships, and leading the project delivery teams to meet and exceed project delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
- National SAED project milestone delivery and reporting across several clients.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure deliverables are achieved as forecast and in line with client standards.
- Oversee & guide activities of team to meet contractual requirements, specifications, guidelines and milestones.
- Track completion against schedules and take corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure adequate SAED throughput for each project, with financial accountability for each project.
- Deliver quality designs that are buildable, financially viable, and meet client acceptance requirements.
- Lead and motivate the SAED team to meet or exceed all project targets and objectives.
- Create a positive work environment that supports a friendly, constructive, values‐based workplace experience.
- Contribute to project or gate meetings, update and forecast of SAED deliverables and milestones.
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a business‐related discipline (property, town planning, engineering, project management).
- Demonstrable experience in all aspects of wireless infrastructure site acquisition, environmental compliance, design activities, schedules and budgets, and within carrier standards and requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with financial management, modelling and forecasting.
- Ability to understand and negotiate tenure agreements.
- Understanding of town planning and approval systems as they relate to wireless communications.
- Ability to guide suitable and financially viable site designs and communicate design solutions to both technical and non‐technical individuals.
- Recent work experience within the Australian telecommunications industry, preferably wireless projects for a major carrier, government, or enterprise radio network.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict resolution skills; able to manage customer expectations and effectively communicate with project teams.
