This is a dual role supporting both Sales and Property Management, perfect for someone keen to learn, grow, and be part of a fast paced, supportive team.
What You'll Bring
* Positive, proactive attitude with strong organisation skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Great communication skills and a people first mindset and a strong sense of confidentiality
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle tasks
* Driver's licence
What You'll Do
* Support daily sales and property management operations
* Manage listings, files, records, invoices and schedules
* Assist clients, landlords, tenants and contractors
* Handle routine inspections, reports, maintenance and repairs
* Support lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management
* Assist with marketing and compliance
* Obtain real estate registration within 3 months (training provided)
