We're expanding and looking for reliable HR Drivers to join our Jandakot team .
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for Front Lift Drivers (prior experience is required). This role involves early starts (4:00am), Monday to Friday, with plenty of weekend overtime opportunities available, plus a sign‑on bonus of up to $3,000
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating front lift trucks
* Collecting a range of commercial waste streams
* Performing vehicle safety checks and completing compliance paperwork
* Engaging in manual handling – must be physically fit
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships

What You'll Bring
* A current HR license with a clean driving record
* HR truck driving experience
* A flexible, reliable, and safety‑first attitude
* Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management
* Waste industry experience is a bonus but not essential
* A positive, team‑oriented approach
