* Support Driver Licence Services: Conduct customer appointments to support driver licence testing and registration services.
* Guide Colleagues: Support the promotion of preferred channel services and guide colleagues on these channels when assistance is requested.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives and participate in learning and development activities.
* Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality by operating within established levels of delegation and authorisation.
