Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage contract-related communications and daily business activities in collaboration with the contract manager.
 * Lead internal audits to identify risks and improve compliance performance.
 * Coordinate quarterly quality assurance checks, including gathering documentary evidence and liaising with staff to ensure quality and compliance.
 * Support employees to onboard, train, and upskill in Disability Employment Services.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and process-oriented skills, and minimum 3 years experience in Disability Employment Services.
