The D365 platform is a strategic business applications delivery platform for better collaboration, resource optimization, and integrated solutions.The HBS delivery teams are structured into Agile Solutions Train with three operational Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and multiple scrum teams operating in a DevOps model within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). HBS is working towards a capacity-based, capability-funded model to leverage multiple productivity benefits of the SAFe framework. In the DevOps model, delivery and operational responsibility are assigned within scrum teams.As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform Specialist and/or Dynamics CRM Portal Specialist, you will be a member of the Agile project team and, under direction, help design, develop, implement, and support the required Dynamics 365 business solutions. You will work closely with the business area(s), project manager, business analysts, and testers to deliver the required solutions.The deliverables for the Dynamics CRM/Portal/Azure Specialist include, but are not limited to the following:Requirement/user story review feedbackSolution designs, including options analysis where several viable solutions may be possibleDeveloped Dynamics CRM based solution, in accordance with the agreed design, to deliver the capabilities required by the business requirementsDevelop solution documentation and configuration/code commentsPeer solution/code review feedbackRelease/deployment/implementation documentationWork in the DevOps framework to support the deployed solutionsEssential skills and experienceMinimum of 3 years experience with the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM business solutionsDemonstrated experience with current versions of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Online CRMDemonstrated experience and high competency with Custom workflow assembly developmentDemonstrated experience and high competency with CRM form programming (i.e., JavaScript)A strong background in .Net development (C#, web services)Experience with TFS or other version control products for Dynamics CRM solution development and implementationRelevant IT qualifications/certificationsKnowledge and experience in agile deliveryDesirable skills and experienceHighly desirable: Demonstrated experience with the development and implementation of CRM Portal solutions and/or ADX PortalsHighly desirable: Preferably 5+ years experience designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutionsHighly desirable: Design, development, and implementation of SSRS Reports for DynamicsHighly desirable: Experience with the configuration and implementation of the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook (preferable), and/or Dynamics 365 for Outlook (CRM plugin)Highly desirable: Demonstrated experience with integration of D365 with other Azure applications and on-premises applicationsDemonstrated experience with the migration of Dynamics On-premises solutions to the Microsoft Azure cloud platformTwo or more years of relevant experience in Power Platform including Microsoft 365 Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Development, and SupportExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional mannerAbility to work cohesively in a team environment using an Agile-based methodAbility to work transparently and collaborativelyEvery application requires addressing selection criteria as part of the application submission.
