We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our accounts team in our Botany facility.
Duties Include:
* Inputting financial data from procurement, supply chain and operations into ERP and ensuring accuracy.
* Preparing account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
* Assisting with product cost analysis and month-end closing activities.
* Assisting in variation analysis to budget.
* Evaluating financial implications of product changes and support decision-making processes.
* Assisting in financial audits and compliance activities.
* Assisting the finance team with their needs and other ad hoc duties as required.
* Identifying areas for process improvement within cost, financial reporting and analysis.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* An understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
* Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain is preferred.
* Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounting or Data Analysing role.
* Knowledge in Dynamics ERP system is preferred.
* Proficient in Excel.
