Wills and Estates - Associate Lawyer
Award winning team in Mount Waverley
Salary DoE – 120k-160k
THE FIRM
A well established and highly regarded law firm in seeking an Associate Lawyer to join their friendly and award winning team. You will enjoy a high value existing caseload that is provided by a loyal and longstanding client base, whilst welcomed, there is no expectation to bring your own referrals. The firm also have designated support staff to work alongside you. Enjoy flexibility to work from home or in the firms other office.
THE ROLE
You can expect to work within a busy private client department where you can hit the ground running, contribute, and build on the firms wider success. You will enjoy exposure to a high value caseload and trusted to manage files from inception to completion.
• A minimum of 3 years PAE gained within Wills & Estates
• Working on a range of matters including drafting and amending Wills, Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, Succession Planning, and Powers of Attorney.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you must have be confident and capable in managing Wills, Estates, and Power of Attorney files from front to back with minimal supervision.
High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality; and exceptional client service.
