Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Territory Manager to join our Commercial and Industrial team in Hobart. This is an exciting opportunity to grow Cleanaway's footprint across Tasmania by delivering sustainable waste management solutions to businesses of all shapes and sizes.
As a Territory Manager, you will lead from the front, building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and bringing innovative, sustainable services to new and existing clients.
* Hitting the road to expand our customer base through face-to-face business development.
* Managing and nurturing relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share.
* Reporting on your pipeline, wins, and activity—keeping things accurate and up to date.
* Utilizing Salesforce to track opportunities, manage leads, and maintain your portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will be a confident communicator with a natural flair for sales and relationship-building. You don't need waste industry experience—we'll teach you that—but you do need a passion for getting results and making a difference.
* A solid track record in B2B sales, with a focus on hitting (or smashing) targets.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
* A current driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
* Resilience, initiative, and an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
